The living room has a double-height ceiling and forms a single unit with the terrace in front.

When the floor-to-ceiling windows are opened. From the living room, you can access the open-plan kitchen.

There is already a large guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace. The upper floor is

spatially divided into two zones: the private zone with the master bedroom with bathroom in

suite, dressing room and private terrace and, on the other hand, a guest area with two bedrooms

that share a bathroom. Both areas are connected through a gallery with
